Evaluation of sanitary quality of goat milk in dairy industries from the Cariri region, state of Paraíba

The sanitary evaluation of equipment and hands is fundamental to investigate the presence pathogens in dairy industry. Then, this study aims evaluate sanitization equipment, workers’ hands, raw pasteurized milk goat dairies Cariri region, state Paraíba. Collected 32 samples four represented by letters A, B, C, D. followings contents were analyzed: mesophiles, total thermotolerant coliforms, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Samonella spp. Listeria monocytogenes reception tank, pasteurization packing machine, package, wall, hand, each dairy’s milk.
